Aims
The aims of Stonegate Pre –school are:
- To offer Pre-school care and education that is affordable and accessible to all
- To maintain high quality pre-school care and education
- To ensure we have ongoing excellent staff and educational resources
- Maximize opportunities to extend and improve the pre-school building and play area
- To sustain the long term future of the pre-school by maintaining links to the wider community
- Stonegate Pre-school aims to provide a happy, caring and stimulating
environment for your child. By providing such an environment, your child
will be motivated to learn and develop linguistically, intellectually,
physically and socially from play-based activities, while working
towards the early learning goals.
- Through interaction with adults and other children our hope is that
your child will develop a wealth of early learning skills and social
skills, which will allow for a smooth and confident transition to
primary school.
- We also acknowledge and respect the parents/carers role in a child’s
early development and aim to work in partnership with you to make your
child’s time at Stonegate Pre-school a successful and enjoyable experience
We have Mini Explorers' Fun with Phonics on Thursday afternoons, Happy Hoppers on Wednesdays, French on Tuesdays and Little Luvvies Musical Theatre on Mondays. All of this is included within the price of a session. We offer 15 hours of FREE early education for children aged 3 and above.
